Great service! Gave us ease of mind with our new unit and how to maintain it. We love the way they do business and we are so glad we chose them over all the others. Troy was perfect! He was right on time and quickly got to work. Fixed my AC in 30 min! And he put booties in before walking through my house- I appreciated that. I’d recommend this company to anyone. Professional and great service!!!

We just had both of our AC units replaced and the service and workmanship from start to finish was exceptional! Phil and Erick were meticulous and all work was done on time and no mess to clean up! Hunter was our salesperson and there was no pressure to replace but very good and knowledgeable advice! Thank you to everyone at ACA!

I was very happy with the level of service I got from them! From the start, they were very professional and made sure I wasn't inconvenienced during the whole process. They worked around my schedule which was great. The installation went really well. They were here only a few hours and when they were done, it was like they were never here! I love my new AC! I'll recommend Air Conditioning of Arizona to any of my neighbors!!

I just had a new air conditioning unit installed by Air Conditioning of Arizona and the experience was excellent. When we first started, troy came out to review our situation and helped me understand all of my options. I never felt like I was being pressured for one option over another. All 3 units i was considering came with a rebate or cheap financing option. Once I selected a unit, the team installed it within 10 days. The job was done very professionally and they took the time to explain things to me once it was all set up. I highly recommend Air Conditioning of Arizona to others.

Excellent service from first phone contact to completion of installation . Troy is very personable and helpful and efficient . The two installers Eric and Phil were also excellent and did the job very efficiently and in a friendly manner. Also the best price after checking with three or four other companies. Completely satisfied with my experience with air-conditioning of Arizona.

I had one of my ac units breakdown and called ACA for their service. This is my first time using this company and from the moment I called they were top notch. The dispatcher Samantha was very helpful and she had a tech at my house the same day. The technician Pete was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. My unit is 12 years old with the old refrigerant and he did not try and sell me a new system although gave me several options. It was an easy fix and I will definitely use this company when I’m ready to replace it. He said my unit still has life! Thank you ACA!

Air Conditioning of Arizona did an outstanding job. From the moment the owner of the family business gave us a competitive proposal until the installers completed their job on time. They took meticulous care to clean up and place tarps on the carpet to avoid any damage. The replacement of our 5 ton unit went smoothly without any delays of glitches. I am 100% happy with their work which was professional and efficient and can only give this company the highest recommendation. I would be happy to be a reference to any future customer if needed.

We wanted to have our AC replaced before summer. We received several quotes for the work to be done to make sure we were getting a competitive price. We have been using ACA for several years and they are a first class operation and we have had a positive experience with them every time they visit our home. We decided to go with them for the AC replacement. Overall, their price was a little higher than others, but it was worth every penny. Overall, they did a great job. They were on time, the staff handled everything, they cleaned up. A few things cropped up (as expected), but things were explained and taken care of. I highly recommend ACA if you are looking for a company that does a quality job, has experienced staff, and takes care of customers. All the five star reviews speak for themselves.

Just had our old unit replaced. By far the best A/C company we have worked with in the past 20 years!! The whole process was very smooth with outstanding service! Troy, the owner, is very easy to work with. He came out to give me an estimate at a very fair price, answered all my questions and installation was scheduled within the same week. Phil and Erick did a phenomenal job removing the old unit and installing the new one, always keeping me updated during the process.They were here on time, worked throughout the day, not even stopping for lunch and made sure everything is working perfectly before they left. Sam at the office is wonderful, updating me with all the appointments, answering any questions and taking care of all the warranty paperwork. They are an honest and trustworthy company, we will definitely be using them for our annual maintenance and will gladly refer them to all our friends and family. I highly recommend them!!!

I spent about three weeks researching a/c companies on Google, Yelp and BBB. I ended up getting four comparable quotes.When you consider ACA gets five star revues on all three all the time there has to be a reason and it's not just the great price !The decision really wasn't that hard. I never once felt I was being 'sold' an a/c unit by Troy. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and queries at the time and the many questions I sent in email from after his visit.When I 'pulled the trigger' the installation team came out and were very friendly, polite and professional stopping only for about 30 minutes for lunch. The install was a vast improvement over the previous job of questionable quality and apparent shortcuts and as of now we are looking forward to the summer !At the very least get yourself a quote, you will not regret it or be disappointed.

My weeks of research to find an AC company to upgrade my two 17-year old units definitely paid off. From start to finish, Air Conditioning of Arizona provided outstanding service. Troy, the owner, was very professional and provided a fair price. He stopped by a couple times to make sure all of my questions were answered, and again during the project. A huge thank you goes to Phil and Eric for muscling through a difficult install and working long days to get the job done right. They were prompt, polite, respectful of my home, and left my home/property very clean. Both Troy and Phil kept me apprised of the progress throughout the project and left no stone unturned. During this past very cold week, we have been enjoying a very evenly heated home….a big upgrade from the old units. I look forward to enjoying an equally evenly cooled home in the coming hot summer months. ACA’s integrity ensures peace of mind that you are getting top-notch service. Troy and his guys redesigned new ducting and installed 2 A/C units for us. We couldn't be happier! Phil and Eric did clean work, were courteous and great at communicating about when they would be here and they were always on time. No sales pressure, great communication, and great service! To say I’m very happy with my new A/C system is an understatement. It was time to replace our 15 year old units. We received several estimates (apples to apples comparison) and the one we received from Troy, from Air Conditioning of Arizona, was by far the most affordable for a high quality A/C unit. Troy was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything we didn’t need. His “no pressure” style and friendly demeanor was refreshing. A special thanks to both A/C Techs, Phil and Eric, not only were they professional, but they were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were extremely helpful.
