About Us

Summers in Arizona can be brutal; an efficient, well-maintained air conditioning system is essential. That’s why thousands of Arizona residents depend on ACA – Air Conditioning of Arizona to keep their homes cool in summer, as well as warm in winter.

ACA was organized in 2010, by Troy Davila, an Arizona native and second-generation HVAC contractor. Troy graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in construction engineering, his original goal was to build custom homes. With a past of 15 years HVAC knowledge, Troy decided to put forth all efforts in the HVAC industry. He began with a small customer base; servicing existing and installing new equipment while working out of his home office.

Business grew as word spread of ACA’s amazing customer service and expertise; ACA has now moved into a commercial building located at 7652 E. Greenway Rd # 103.

From its beginnings, ACA has specialized in both residential and commercial installation at fair, competitive prices. We work with some of the best manufactures, including Trane, all our technicians are experienced and are required to take on going education courses. ACA is both SRP and APS certified, member of the Electric League of Arizona and Heat Pump Council and a preferred contractor for the manufacturers he represents as a Trane Comfort Specialist.

Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio

A higher SEER rating means greater energy efficiency. The minimum standard SEER is 14 for air conditioners. Most modern air conditioners have a SEER that ranges from 13 to 21. Trane air conditioners range from 14.5 SEER up to 22 SEER. It’s important to remember the efficiency of your system can also depend on the size of your home your current ductwork and other variables.
